The residential area is in Pärnu city, all driveways are asphalted, Pärnu city is responsible for the maintenance of the streets throughout the year. In the close distance, you can find kindergarten, schools, grocery stores – newly opened Coop Konsum is only few minutes drive –  and shopping centres and the bus stop is 300 meters away which connects it with nearby city areas. There is RMK forest with fitness trails next to the residential area, which offers plenty of opportunities to spend time in nature. There is also Jaansoni fitness trail next to the estate, which is lighted and asphalted, and offers a chance for cycling or rollerskating and also for enjoyable walks. Nearby swimming places include Pärnu river and also water reservoir created within the forest that is protected by RMK. Car drive to the city centre takes only 10 minutes and 5 minutes to the nearest shopping centre.
